How to enroll your child at Winter Haven Adventist Academy: schedule a
tour, complete the application, and submit your checklist. Here is what
each step involves, from your first visit to your student's first day.

Schedule a tour

Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a family makes, and we would love to help you make it with confidence. The best way to know whether WHAA is the right fit is to see it for yourself: walk our campus, meet our teachers, and sit in on a class while it is in session.

Pick whichever way is easiest for you. Book a tour online in a few clicks, or call the school office at (863) 299-7984 and we will find a day and time that fits your schedule. If you are still trying to decide if WHAA is the best school for your family, that is completely okay. Come with every question you have. There is no pressure, no obligation, and no cost to visit.

Step two

Complete the application

WHAA does not use an online application portal. Families download the application form, complete it, and deliver the finished copy to the school office.
Download the form using the button below. If you would rather pick up a paper copy in person, or if you get stuck on any part of the form, call the office at (863) 299-7984 and we will be glad to help you through it.

Step three

Submit Your Checklist

Along with the application, each new family submits a checklist of required paperwork. Open the checklist to see exactly what is needed, then return the completed items to the school office with your application.
